Since its inception, Tech-Moms has empowered over 600 women, providing them with critical skills in software development, UI/UX design, technical sales, data analysis and AI, and digital marketing. According to a mid-year survey conducted in 2024 among 250 participants, graduates of Tech-Moms' programs have experienced an average pay increase of 42%. The organization is currently expanding its reach into rural and southern Utah, ensuring that more women have access to these transformative opportunities.
Women4STEM is renowned for its commitment to engaging young women in STEM from an early age. Their annual conference showcases outstanding women in STEM from various sectors, including government, industry, non-profit, and education, to inspire, support, mentor, and guide the next generation.
